Hesabınızı silme

Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi (gelir-gider planı, krediler, kartlar, ödeme kayıtları, cihaz bilgileri, öneri mesajları) kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz:

  1. Uygulamada Özet ekranındaki profil simgesine dokunun.
  2. Hesabımı sil'e dokunun ve onaylamak için SİL yazın.

Silme işlemi hemen gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz. Apple ile giriş yaptıysanız Apple bağlantınız da iptal edilir. Sunucu kayıtları 30 gün, veritabanı yedekleri en fazla 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden cordelia.software@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin; kimliğinizi doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde hesabınızı sileriz.

Ortak bütçe üyesiyseniz

Kişisel bütçeniz tamamen silinir ve ortak bütçeden çıkarsınız. Ortak bütçenin tek üyesiyseniz ortak bütçe de silinir. Başka üyeler varsa ortak bütçe onlarla devam eder; sahibiyseniz sahiplik en eski üyeye geçer. Diğer üyelerin geçmişi değişmesin diye ortak bütçedeki ödemeleriniz, aktarımlarınız ve ödenmiş kart paylarınız adınız kaldırılarak ortak bütçede kalır ve değiştirilemez. Bu kayıtlara yazılmış serbest notlar olduğu gibi kalır; değiştirmek isterseniz hesabınızı silmeden önce düzeltin.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all its data (plan, loans, cards, payment records, device data, feedback messages):

  1. In the app, tap the profile icon on the Summary screen.
  2. Tap Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you signed in with Apple, the Apple link is revoked too. Server logs and database backups expire within 30 days.

If you can't open the app, e-mail cordelia.software@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account deletion"; after verifying it's you we delete the account within 30 days.

If you are in a shared budget

Your personal budget is deleted completely and you leave the shared budget. If you are its only member, the shared budget is deleted too. If there are other members, it carries on with them; if you own it, ownership passes to the longest-standing member. So that the other members' history does not change, your payments, transfers and paid card shares stay in the shared budget without your name and can no longer be changed. Free-text notes written on those records stay as they are; if you want to change them, do so before deleting your account.
